DEFINITION OF "UNEXCUSED ABSENCE" - Absence from a game, practice, cheer event or conditioning session that was not pre-arranged and approved or does not match one of the four excusable situations listed in the Cheer Constitution. Any absences that fall outside of this definition are considered "Unexcused" and will result in demerits.
DEFINITION OF "TARDY" - Not being on the floor/field ready to warm up at the start of game, practice, or conditioning session, or not being in the right place at the correct time for a cheer event. Contacting the coach ahead of time to advise them that you will be late does not excuse you for being tardy. Tardies will result in demerits
